How you can help
The Foundation is a not for profit corporation organized under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Though organized around the boundaries of Texas House District 98, the Foundation can neither participate nor intervene in in any political campaign. The Foundation may not apply any political considerations in awarding scholarships.
The Foundation and the scholarships it awards are totally dependent on the generosity of our sponsors and donors. Realizing that our funding is unlikely to be sufficient for full scholarships, our goal is to provide some measure of help for students in their pursuit of an expensive and demanding degree program. We believe that, in some instances, just a little help may go a long way. Your donation is fully tax deductible under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Click the "Donate" button below to contribute. You will receive an email indicating the amount of your donation and a '501(c)(3)' statement for your tax records.
